55. everyone in the complex had problems with him.

i agree that he may also have been bigoted against muslims - after all he killed three of them so it seems likely - but he had been harassing everyone he thought was not parking appropriately, and he had done so at least once in the recent past with gun in hand.

He exploded over his parking obsession and took it out on these three unfortunate people.
