Because I was talking to a friend of mine who is Filipino and works in a customer service call center there taking calls from different parts of the world. The friend told me that Americans are among the worst in terms of racism. The other interesting thing the person mentioned was that Americans and Europeans seem to dislike each other.
I explained that there are many people who have never traveled or lived abroad and have never experienced what other cultures are like.
