sue them...try to find an attorney with experience in suing mortgage companies.

Elixabeth Warren created this agency to help consumer, it has been big on dealing with illegal mortgage behavior:
there is a form here to file your complaint, scroll down to the Submit a complaint section

see if your local tv news does ripped off consumer stories, and contact them. This often can be quite and quickly helpful plus they would have resources to suggest.

send a copy of your complaint at the consumer finance site to The Consumerist, often they get involved:
http://consumerist.com/

What they did is illegal, there are Federal lawsuits against it. Find out which Fed office is suing them and file a complaint.
