It's about actresses who put themselves through rough ordeals to attempt to become this ideal of skinny. Though I can understand going through that process when they're preparing for a role that involves hunger, I don't condone it when it's about the depiction of a normal kid doing normal things, because that actress becomes a role model which other kids try to imitate.
