I'm as white as it goes - but I would much more prefer "war-money" go to food stamps - and general welfare, not to say rebuilding the infrastructure and rebuild the industry who was the heart of US for so many years - instead of putting it in weapons and wars US will never recover from... I even want US to have Universal Health Care - compatible with what is the norm in most of Europe and in Canada... At least as good as in Canada...

But then - this is just "code-words" for giving black money - or some pre-paid cards who they then "waste" on something like food.... Maybe even some decent meat sometimes, who I understand is a problem for many in GOP, that poor pepole should have the ability of getting a decent meal now and then....
