55. It's been long past due to question the usage of 'terrorism' in our political discourse

If you watch Fox News, you will get the impression that every Muslim with a gun or a bomb has an agenda and is part of a shadowy organization, while every white man with the same is just some lone nut. If people are going to attribute 'terrorism' to traits and ideology for groups they don't like, but then turn around and look for external or mitigating circumstances such as mental illness just as Eric Bolling did for things he can't or doesn't want to pin on anyone, then using 'terrorism' does not serve the public interest, but rather a very narrow and dogmatic one.
