20. I'm not an attorney, but you'd think every single defendant convicted by these prosecutors

probably has a valid claim to some sort of post conviction relief. I'm not sure how any DA's office could afford to keep that type of liability around, but the system is so fucked that it wouldn't surprise me that the infection goes beyond just these two prosecutors.
