Also, for my business and for promotional items, I create and print bookmarks for my books and they come out beautiful each and every time. My husband is an interior designer where color is all-important when he needs to do some resourcing for his clients. Epson has been our go-to printer.

We have an Epson Stylus NX625, and have it for about 3 years -and it's still working GREAT! Colors are crisp and when I need to make copies of official papers, people are amazed at the results. It's also wireless, which we need since everyone in our household has a computer/laptop. Ink is reasonable. I get mine at Amazon since I have a Prime account.

The prices vary widely so do some thorough resourcing before buying if you decide on an Epson - which are the best inkjet picture printers, in my experience.
