8. Is "Obamacare-hater" a thing? One can dislike the ACA for its many flaws

without being labeled a "hater"--as if there was some kind of discrimination thing going on here.

The bill was poorly written (mostly to avoid the GAO deciding it was a tax) and HHS regulations are continually changing. It truly is a fiasco. Meanwhile, the insurance companies are getting very fat--especially the ones that have the inside track like Anthem (who actually had one of their people write the Senate bill).

So one could choose not to get on the ACA for a lot of good reasons:

1. The regulations keep changing
2. Personal data was being sold
3. States like Oregon shut down their exchanges
4. Consumers are getting the wrong tax information from the ACA

Etc.

This isn't "hating": this is a logical decision to wait and see what happens as the ACA works out its numerous wrinkles.
