21. education is the key

I don't mean 2 3 or 4 years of college. I mean know what's up, check internet, check attorneys, check local banks. Now my question alone with several of my friends is nothing we do seams to get us anywhere then what we are facing now. Attorneys won't touch them (they know that too by the way) can't to seam to get the bbb on board, consumer bureau won't touch it. Or they say the are swamped. Again does that solve what we are going through, nope. My wife and I get on line looking, we spent almost 2 month going to attorneys from ky to TN to find what we are scared of we are stuck. We are not alone as for people they are racking over the coals. We feel alone when no one want to help or even says stupid things like, well you have to see it from their point of view. No they have to treat me and mine with respect. Again we is a person to turn. All the open class action lawsuits have one or two stipulations that kick us out of it or it is not about what our issue is.

I don't mean to sound negative it's just we have been mentally beat down by people trying to help and this darn green tree. Been fighting this fight for over 12 years. The 1st 2 years we were with Green point and life was great. The here comes Green Tree and all Heck broke loose.

I keep post on our progress, hopefully things will get better. Thanks again for the ear and the response.
