18. Louie is so stupid he gives the merely dumb a bad name

so they've shunned him and put him into a separate category, completely.

For those who don't remember, he's the stupid jerk who issued an apology to BP because everybody was being so mean to them for fouling most of the Gulf coast with their blowout.
