could ever get a moment of breathing room, there world be a concerted effort at promoting/pushing the Iraqis to form a coalition government with representation of all Iraqi factions and the U.S. and the UN standing by to make share people play fairly.

But quite frankly ... Iraq is a really small spot on the map and is not Nuclear capable and (as it stands) not the home to terrorist training camps. So, it doesn't rate high on the "urgent to address" list.
