Bush used the weekly threats from bin-laden in his campaign speeches -- Cheney, as well; verbatim. They were practically acting together to deny our Democratic candidacy success. It wasn't just one speech or statement, it was weeks and weeks of this. Amazingly, Bush was taking credit for confronting and avenging bin-Laden's terrorism, but he admitted that he wasn't really 'concerned' with capturing or killing him. He was more interested in securing his Iraq trophy.
