36. Distinguish ourselves and our policies...

... as much as we can. Target independents with the issues they care about. Make it ok to vote your conscience in the booth, even if you don't admit it to your buddies over a beer.

But unfortunately the lines between the parties and policies seems to be blurring, not growing more distinct. We are moving in the wrong direction I fear.
