AND spend meaningful time with their families, regardless of gender, and accepting that replacement-level childbearing/rearing are critical functions in society that should be accommodated in our work lives such that no one is unfairly burdened either way.

And such that women aren't potentially stuck in abusive relationships with no financial means to escape.

That could be one way of prioritizing things...just a thought.
