In the 2008 primary, what was the name of that slob in a sweater [View all]

who used show up as a campaign manager/spokesperson for Hillary? He was a former? Republican she had hired. Large rather unke?pt guy. I think his first name was Peter but am not certain. I just can't retrieve it from the memory bank. Anyone remember.
