Sorry to burst your bubble, but the population is increasing. Maybe you haven't noticed all those new neighbors that are showing up over the years. The benchmark I'm quoting is going up, not down. If anything, it's too low, especially if it's an "old number." But, Hey! By your reasoning, we needn't do anything and, after time, no new jobs will be required at all!!11!!!
