He did a Top 10 about Christie. I was disappointed that every single one was a fat joke.

I remember only one Christie joke that I thought was worthwhile. At an event with Christie in the audience, the performer said, "What do you want, Governor, size jokes or bridge jokes? Or I could do some of each -- you know, kind of like a combo platter." That's a joke about Christie's weight but also a joke about jokes about Christie's weight, and I always like self-referential humor.

The OP points up another issue: Enough fat jokes about Christie might prompt a backlash, of people not paying enough attention to his policies but rallying to his side because they think he's being picked on.
