15. There is only one way the local Wendy's gets Fox and no way to change the channel.

The TV is on a closed circuit. And I think that would be implausible, especially if the other Wendy's restaurants owned by the same person don't have the TVs.

Fox is a cable news network. It's not broadcast as far as I know. I'm here in Dallas, and if it were broadcast locally, I'm sure I would be getting it over my antenna. I know I get the local Fox channel with local news, but I don't think they broadcast any Fox News television shows. Maybe Fox and Friends, the morning show -- I'd have to check. And the locals would get ready-made stories from Fox News and Fox Business. And I know I get like 48 other channels over the antenna here in Dallas, so there's always another station to watch.

But if they are showing full-blown Fox News, there's a cable box somewhere in that building.
