The Dominican Republic just passed stringent anti-gay legislation (upside: the OxyMoron will presumably be taking his business elsewhere
), and the Cayman Islands refused a gay cruise ship permission to dock!

It isn't always the US, many of these places have their own, homegrown homophobia.
