There are trademarks for words, words combined with an artistic style, words combined with a picture, artistic styles combined with colors...
I doubt you can register a trademark for a URL. And even if you could: Walmart has registered walmart.com but they have NOT registered walmart.horse. If you don't register a trademark for something related to your brand, then it's entirely your fault.
Purely by gut-feeling, Walmart has odds of about 30% for winning this.
