If you are asking for my opinion, you have the right to say and do anything you want to that is not a crime or help criminal activities. It is not my place to tell you how to behave or act.

Mel Brooks has the right to do whatever he feels is "funny" to him and I have the right to not buy a movie ticket to go and see it.
