it strains credulity to believe that the organized crime drug cartels are willing to kill, torture, mutilate, and run drugs to make a profit, but they draw the line at prostitution. Or that there is a prostitution-only organized crime outfit in Colombia, that is strong enough to stand toe-to-toe with the drug cartels.
