For taking foreign money and then using his senatorial powers to do the bidding of that foreign government.
Then the other 46 will look like fools for blindly following a lawbreaker. (Oh wait, there was a snowstorm coming. That makes it alright!) At the same time, it would publicize the way we fund our elections in this country and the effect of that on what is done in Washington.

I just don't believe they acted illegally in this case and find it weird this is the thing
