5. I worked at a Skippers and one time didn't wash my hands. It was a small bathroom and a customer

was in there at the sink and so I went back to the kitchen. Our manager come blowing through the door and sees me washing my hands in the sink back there. He grabs me by the arm and hauls me out to show the guy that complained that my hands were still wet. Tell that guy food service people don't need to wash their hands!

i have always been pretty good about that. I don't even like petting my cat if I don't think my hands are pretty clean. She works hard enough at keeping herself beautiful, I hate to gunk up her fur with cruddy hands!
