i dont know...

As a boss or CEO you have to fire people sometimes, right?

I mean, if I was a boss and had a really bad worker I might fire them if they were lazy or didn't work hard enough.

It would be hard for me to fire anyone because I'm a nice guy, tho, not Donald Trump, lol
