10. Try googling the city or county and 'property tax'

That's how you can find those things in my city. The tax info is public. You can see who's name is on the deed of the property, their tax amount, when it has been paid, and other details about the property, it's taxable value, what it has sold for over the years...

In our case you can search by the person's name, the address, or the property number, although the search engine is a little squirrely. and you have to be precise.

It should be somewhat easy to find on the city or county website, assuming that they do have it all online.

Otherwise you have to go to the county clerk or equivalent and they can look things up for you.
