19. We have to find some way to economically empower black people

Money is political influence in this country. It's why blacks have so little real representation, even with a black president. That will take a long time.

You point out a serious problem. There is no easy solution.

The real problem here is that Republicans aren't even competing for their votes, so blacks are stuck voting for one party no matter what.
