When your hypothetical "young white person" has been on the receiving end of a lifetime of shit that includes things like bieng randomly stopped and harassed by police for no reason, being followed around by nervous store clerks who think they're probably a shoplifter, seeing people like themselves stereotyped as lazy and violent, subjected to lots of magazine articles and TV personalities asking "what's wrong with white people?" and talking about "white cultural pathology", and pretty much everything that almost every black person in the US has to deal with on a pretty regular basis, then maybe, just MAYBE you might be able to make some sort of reasonable argument for "why a young white person might hate black people". If all of that were part of the daily fabric of life as a white person in the USA, you might even have a good argument for "why white people might have a reason to hate America". But you know, none of that stuff applies to white people as a group. So you're just being completely absurd in a way that comes across as an unintentional parody of clueless racism.
