2. Phil is a terrible executive.

The channel has raced downhill since he took over. I still watch Al, and Hayes and sometimes Rachel, but the rest have been terrible with the exception of tweety and Hall and the handsome bkue eyed morning guy, what's his name? Mr. Handsome.
