Azealia Banks admits she hates 'everything about this country'

420. Wow. Looks like Azealia has gotten what she wanted if she is being discussed on DU.

For a minute I thought I was on the pop music board I usually post at. I'm in my 20s and follow the music scene, so I know all about her. She's known as a joke among many black and white kids because she is considered a troll. She does have some skills as a rapper, but her constant twitter wars with celebrities has turned a lot of people off. She spends more time running her mouth than working on her career. For her to even be getting so much attention here is hilarious. Until her bigotry starts influencing millions of people the way Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter have, I wouldn't worry about it. She isn't going to be the female Tupac.

Also, some in this thread keep getting Azealia Banks and Iggy Azalea confused. Iggy is a white girl from Australia, but she has made some questionable comments herself. Not on the level as Azealia Banks, but enough for me not to support her or her music. I personally find both to be an embarrassment with how they present themselves.
