11. Kind of a dilemma though if a woman quits and there is a great, very qualified male candidate?

Does she hire the best candidate for the job who happens to be male, or does she hire a lesser candidate in order not to upset her carefully constructed 50-50 balance?

Is Barack Obama a sexist for not adopting a similar quota policy for his cabinet?
