I was 10 years old when Kennedy was elected/inaugurated. 13 when he was assassinated.

I actually watched his debate with Nixon on tv with fascination and interest even though the content of their statements were way over my head and range of comprehension. It's not as if i was interested in national or world politics - (more interested in my new Barbie Doll) but there was something about Kennedy that grabbed my attention even at the age.

My world was obviously quite different from yours. I'll look forward to reading your posts on the subject..
