depending on the cable or satellite service and where you live. But discussing it provides an opportunity to find out what others receive. When visiting DE, through a small cable media carrier we get a very different set of programs; sometimes interesting broadcasts of national news together with a weather channel screen insert, or 'combos' as I call it.

A relative lives 5 miles away in a major metro area, yet we receive entirely different programming from the same local PBS station because of our different carriers.~ Having a variety of news sources, especially foreign outlets is terrific, happy for you. We are with Dish where FSTV is a lifesaver, also 3 PBS channels, AJ, RT and Link at times. France 24 seems to have disappeared. 'BBC America' isn't for us but I'll check into 'BBC World News'. BBC online is great, also the Guardian. In 2003 I first saw AJ in Paris, an evening drama that was fairly decent.
