All encouragement appreciated.

Being bedridden doesn't help matters any and then some health problems that subsided, reappeared but I think that they may be subsiding again.

The arthritis was the worst. Could barely move arms, hands or legs for over 2 months. just getting to where I can type for more than a few minutes at a time. Afib and asthma kept kicking up too.

Changed and adjusted meds so finally feel like I'm almost human again. Dusting off dumb bells, wrist and ankle weights. Hoping to start trying to stand in 4-6 weeks.
