WE know that. I didn't hear anything other than telling us what we 'need'.
Compare that speech to eg, any one of FDR's speeches addressing similar issues.
First he acknowledges what people surely knew, followed almost immediately with well-thought out solutions which he then managed to force Congress into implementing.
Whenever I hear a politician say 'we need ..... ' not followed by what should be the most important part of any speech, it sounds like rhetoric to me.
Her reference to 'public and private' funds, worries me a lot. And should worry any Democrat since that is a Heritage Foundation policy, for Public Funds to be taken over by Private Institutions.
Public funds should not be controlled by any Private institution. We've seen what happens to them when they are.
