Check out what Rubio and Ryan have planned. Ryan would allow states to OPT OUT of the ACA mandates. What a cop-out. Leave it to the States to be the bad guys! Coward. And despite all the complaints by right wingers about taxpayers having to pay the bill, the GOP plans are financed by the government too! When you have citizens who can't afford healthcare, you have to help them financially. There is no way around that. ACA is saving money, a good thing.
