13. Obama broke the law swapping five people that have been held prisoner without trial

for countless years and possibly subjected to torture. Of course the GOP hasn't tried to run with this argument because

1) no one wants to open the legal can of worms as to the actual legal state of the prisoners in question
2) no one wants to remind people of torture
3) The GOP is afraid of attacking commander and chief powers...

so basically this is a view point held by Pataki that many conservatives disagree with. So good luck with that one.
