Until 4 years ago I was pushing around disabled kids in wheelchairs, lifting them out of and onto mats to change their diapers. Did not quit working for purely physical reasons.
When there is a ladder to climb, I do it today. At my size (5'1"
I have been climbing to reach things my entire life. In the past 30 years (since pregnancy), I can count on one hand the number of times I have been to a doctor.
My Great-Grandmother, who I remember, died when she was 94. She was run over and killed by a NYC taxi on her way to the store.
Keep on keeping on. If you THINK you are old and sickly, you WILL BE.
