...and it's hitting a water table, and it's spilling into the ocean, and it's on a highly populated island country, (and if you want to be selfish, the radiation will come to the US), and it's so much worse, it's too radioactive to work with.

What a fucking stupid design. AWESOMELY stupid, hundreds of times over. Did they ALL really think it was a gas station or something?
