7. From all I have read, experts and senators were not quite enough....

in this scenario......they just don't have the answers this time....

No one person is really qualified or has enough knowledge to even know what to do.....

This is and will continue to be a learning experience for the rest of the world.....

Much of the technology needed to even work in the Fukushima environment has not been invented....

Hence, the idea of some elder Japanese volunteering to work at Fukushima has been floated....

I believe the plan to contain in casks has just been introduced and will be discussed and decided upon in the next few days to weeks....
