8. not with this black thumb - I barely grow tomatoes, peppers are always a fail with me. too much

I love me some 500 year old oak trees - I am afraid of selling the property for fear of the next stupid owner cutting them down - the whole area was deep in old trees until the next generation came in with there saws and central air conditioning.
