10. If I owned a "crap house" in a flood plain

(in fact, the ONLY house (cabin) I would build on a flood plain would be a "crap house".)
Buy NO Flood or Storm Insurance, count on dumb lick to save the $7,000 Premium for a 3 years,
and then build another "crap house" after the next storm.

That is how that early coastal livers did it.
