13. That I think, is the story that being passed over in favor of "should I like this guy or not?

"a peaceful transition driven by election results is progress, for sure!"

Never before has a sitting president been defeated in an election. Yours I think, is the more material and relevant story here... being passed over in favor of "someone tell me if I should like this guy or not" Observers have (generally) praised the electoral process, and it seems as though the transition of power will be smooth and without dramatic incident.
