22. Many AA NASCAR drivers, most not currently full time.

They have invested large amounts of money to make that happen. These racecar drivers are working their way up from the bottom and creating the NASCAR of tomorrow. These drivers aren't at the top yet. They will get there. NASCAR has done a great job over the last decade of being an inclusive organization. From the pit crew to front office positions to on the track. This is a great statement by them under any conditions.

"Sorry NASCAR you have no room to talk about equality or diversity."

It is a daily conversation in NASCAR. You clearly aren't aware of that. You should at least be honest about those who are truly trying to embrace diversity. They put their money where their mouth is and have done so for over a decade in this area. And yes, there will always be a conservative bent to the sport from the fan side.
