Then I think it is about right?

If we say a beer is synonymous with a day's work, then it sounds pretty fair. If a guy makes over $1000 per day, then he would have more money left over after his beer than the guy that makes $8 dollars an hour. Fifty nine percent sound like a reasonable tax rate for the top 1%...
