at why someone might find it annoying. Based on personal experience, if you are interested in the subject of the multiple posts you have to follow more than one thread and then remember which one you may have responded to, or which thread the person you keep putting on ignore but keeps popping up anyway is on. That said it's about 1,000,000th on my list of daily annoyances.
