it will go the US Supreme Court which is unfortunate because for compassionate and caring folks like us, the 5 justices will of course side with the nutso fringe. Being neutral and following the constitution no longer exists and protecting commoners no longer exists as prevalent by such rulings, ahem, citizens united and class actions.
