6. And Howard Dean's opinion is relevant because......?????

Nowadays, I start with the assumption that anyone not in office, or running for office, is just spouting whatever they are either paid to spout, or spouting what they think will appeal to voters and campaign donors. People in office - almost the same criteria, except they can actually influence things with their votes.

Sort of like watching a bizarre and quite political version of School for Scandal.
