I don't completely agree. We would have no cops if they were to only uphold some laws. But, I think if any cop that knows 9th another cop doing something wrong and remains silent, then no matter what else that first cop does, he or she is bad. Letting injustice go because of some code between cops doesn't excuse it. Justice is more important.

But I do like the idea of this and I appreciate your posting it.
